Information you give us. Name, email address, mobile number, preferred unit configuration, buyer type and any message you submit through an enquiry, brochure, pricing, floor-plan or site-visit form.

Information collected automatically. IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed and interaction events. These are collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

We do not knowingly collect data from children or any special-category data.

To respond to your enquiry, share pricing, floor plans, brochures and availability, and arrange site visits — on the basis of your request and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

To contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about this project — on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

To measure advertising performance and improve this website — on the basis of your consent where consent is required in your region, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our marketing.

Enquiry details are shared with the developer, Arvind SmartSpaces, and its authorised sales representatives so that your enquiry can be actioned. We also use service providers for website hosting, email and messaging delivery, customer-relationship management and advertising measurement, who process data only on our instructions.

We may disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal data.

This site is marketed in multiple countries and our teams and providers operate in India, the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred out of your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised in your region — such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — or on your explicit consent.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — only where you allow them — analytics and advertising cookies and tags (including Google Ads conversion tracking and similar tools from advertising platforms) to understand which campaigns lead to an enquiry.
